To refine and enhance the skills of ARUP’s graduate recruits in key areas critical for professional growth and organisational success.
Approach
We collaborated with ARUP to design and implement bespoke training modules tailored to the specific needs of their graduate cohort. The programme is designed to assist graduates in transitioning into the professional world of work. Our tailored modules focused on developing skills in presenting, communication, negotiation and influencing, personal effectiveness and business writing.
Participant engagement is at the heart of our approach, and we facilitate this through role-play, real-world simulations, case studies, discussion, and guided personal reflection. The interactive approach results in high levels of engagement among the graduates and ensures they can apply theoretical knowledge with confidence to real-world challenges.
