Donal Cronin has been at the forefront of Communications training in Ireland for over three decades. He has worked at the highest levels of government, state agency, financial and corporate communication. In that time, he has pioneered many of the training programmes that have made Carr Communications a leader in management training and his work has become the foundation for targeted and transformational change within organisations.
Working at the interface of communication and behavioural science he has been an innovative voice in bringing behavioural theory into management practice and training to deliver real, relevant results. Under his direction, Carr Communications has developed specialised offerings rooted in behavioural science, specifically, a dedicated behavioural economics & sciences team (Behavioural Insights Training) to deliver evidence based insights in messaging, internal communication, changes in behaviour, and policy issues.
